Biography

Susanta Chakraborty (Born 1955) is an Indian visual artist based in Howrah, West Bengal. His artistic practice encompasses painting and graphic art, and he has been an active participant in the contemporary Indian art scene for over four decades. Through numerous exhibitions, workshops, fellowships, and national recognitions, he has established a distinguished presence in the field of visual arts.
